The 10 Minute Yoga Series is in fact just that, 10 minutes. This series of 5 classes is meant to be done at your convenience.
Once registered, you will receive an email with the link to all 5 classes for the week. Each weekly series will be different from next to keep things fresh and to build confidence in moving towards longer classes.
