Ankles are such an abused part of our bodies. Just think back to how many times you have rolled, twisted, or broken one (or both) of them.
I am definitely guilty of that!
Rarely do people do any sort of warm up or stretch for their ankles prior to an activity, nor do they do much afterwards. This lack of care often times leads to injury or just plain soreness.
Well, I'm here to change that!!
Let's give some love and respect to our ankles!
