Hi! It's me again.
As more and more people start taking yoga it becomes harder for individual teachers to stand out from masses. Students are drawn to taking free yoga classes on YouTube (because it is, well, free), but that often times leads to students taking classes/styles that may not be the right match for them.
Think back to the first yoga class you took, or one that really stands out in your mind. Did you stick with that teacher or was there something that turned you off?
For me, I am not a fan of Chanting, talking about the Chakras, or Sun Salutations.
Wait, what? Aren't all those things part of what makes yoga Yoga?
Not in my class.
My style of teaching is based fully on movement and controlling the breath, no fluff. It's a good combination for athletes because we focus on body awareness, mobility, and alignment to prevent injury.
In my class you can expect to get a good workout (probably even sweat), but also leave feeling refreshed and balanced.
Sounds good, right?
I'd love the opportunity to share my "no-fluff" style of yoga with you! Check out my schedule at yogareimagined.com. I'm expanding my online offerings, so if you don't see anything that interests you, shoot me an email and let's talk.
Love & Gratitude,
