I have created and launched a Digital Program called Run Away From Injury!
This is a 6 week program designed to help reduce the risk of injury from repetitive movements like running, walking, biking, and hiking. The key components are pre-recorded videos introducing the student to stretching, mobility, and myofascial release in common areas of tension like the hips and shoulders.
Just because the name suggests this is only for runners, that is not the case at all. The name and description is simply a marketing strategy.
