The focus of this class is creating movement, flexibility, and improving range of motion in the shoulders and hamstrings. In addition, we also stretch the calves, IT bands, and add in some twists. The pace of this class is slower than others but that is by design to avoid injury as we work into some unpredictable areas of the body.
If you've been doing much weight lifting or running/cycling lately, this class will be great to release those sore muscles and keep your body moving more freely. This class will be yours to keep, so I recommend coming back to it and see how you are improving.
