Week 4: Quads, IT Bands, & Ankles

Week 5: Low Back, Glutes, & Spine

Week 6: 45 Minute Full Body Flow

You will also be invited into a private Facebook Group where I will be offering discussion about the videos, answer any questions, and encourage you to stick to the program.
