Group Fitness Class (Virtual)

Grab your sweat towel and your gym clothes for a Fun and Empowering group fitness class online! This 40 minute class will start with a dynamic warm up, followed by accessible (and modifiable) body weight exercises in an interval format. We'll spend approximately 10 minutes after the workout doing some targeted stretching to help reduce soreness.

Never attended a group fitness class before? No problem! I will demonstrate all the movements for you, and work out with you as well.

This class will be held over Zoom.

Props: Workout mat, water, sweat towel.
