
A 60-minute class to help release, refresh, relax and reset! This class will incorporate Vinyasa flow (ie, movement linked to breath), joint mobility, and lots of stretching. We'll finish class with a well deserved relaxation to prepare you for the week ahead. I'll always ask what you need to work on at the beginning of class, but know there will always be focused movement for the hips and low back.
Class will be held over Zoom. Can't make class in real time? No worries! A copy of class will be sent
to you. The link will expire 1 week after you receive it.
