Vinyasa Flow & Recovery

Join me for this 60 minute vinyasa class to work out the kinks from the weekend adventures. We will work on incorporating movement in sync with the breath, allowing for better concentration and muscle relaxation. This class will be slightly more dynamic than the Slow Flow class, but still accessible and modifiable to your needs. We'll end with a nice deep stretch and relaxation. Bring some blocks.

Class will be offered via Zoom. Can't make it in real time? No problem! A copy of class will be sent to you and available for one week.
